Customised Skills in Oblivion...           

Oblivion has customised the use of certain skills to adapt them to our custom race system.

The Oblivion Shard incorporates custom resouces added to the OSI default ones, and as such has a modified skill-gain progression for the skills listed above these lines.

At this time, only lumberjacking is race specific, meaning only two races, the Elf and the Woodelf are able to use the rare lumbers to manufacture specific items.
