The Oblivion Wiki

I suppose that a vistor to this site might think nothing much is going on with Oblivion. That's because for some time now we've had a Wiki where all of our new content and updates are reported. This site will remain (for now), but for the latest news and information you should visit the wiki at oblivionshard.wikidot.com . This web site won't get much of an update unless we remake it entirely. If you see a discrepency between information here and on the wiki, the wiki is right. We have a TON of new stuff. The development team keeps on cranking out new customized items and monsters.

New Year, New Admin, New Players

Q has been our new Admin for almost a month and the shard is experiencing a fantastic growth spurt. (Admin Isis is still around, but has been having technical difficulties.) I replaced the server a few months ago with a stronger, better, faster machine. This eliminated the frequent crashing. The shard has been extremely stable ever since. Lots of new players joining up (and sticking around). Whats more, lots of veterans are returning. Expect Q to add staff and schedule even more events as he really ramps up.

2nd June, 2007

New Location

Well, I've moved the shard machine to a new location. It's now on a 20Mbps connection. Arael has been coding new ideas and our player base is stable and strong. Our new Admin Isis is fully engaged, while the staff keeps on keeping on. I'm still amazed by the dedication to this game. As long as there is interest, I'll be hosting.

Website Updated

Some more info, fixed voting links, and minor code updates. The shard keeps growing, and we have hit repeatedly the 125 online mark. More Importantly, we are now on the TOP 20 shards in the UO Gateway listing, and we have finally got the voting links on the website working, so you should be able to vote for us on the TOP 200 UO Shards, and the TOP 100 RunUO Shards lists to help bring even more players.
